Luke Celebrates Columbus Weekend

Columbus weekend was very busy for our family. My great aunt Lalitha from Dayton Ohio came into town to spend a few days with us and meet Luke for the first time. Luke was very excited to meet her as well and was drawn to her positive energy and exuberance. Luke took her to all his favorite loud family-friendly restaurants and we introduced her to all our favorite drinks including the sangria and margaritas at Guapos. We had an amazing time and will be taking Luke to visit her in Dayton next time.

On Saturday, my friend Tania brought over her adorable little baby boy, Aleksei. He is three months old and very friendly. He sat very sweetly in the bouncy chair and his car seat as Luke rolled over the ground and tried to rock Aleksei as he sat in the bouncy chair and car seat.

When we sat them next to each other, Luke thought it would be really fun to try pull Aleksei's hair. I had to physically restrain him and every single picture we took is with Aleksei sitting there with me holding Luke back.

Rich was missing in action as he had the guys over to watch college football. The Hokies experienced a glorious win over Boston College with a score of 48-14. Unfortunately, their winning streak came to a shattering end a few weeks later against Georgia Tech. However, we have full confidence that they will make a full come back and go on to play in the ACC championship. We have made a pact that we will be heading to Tampa to the ACC championship if the Hokies should make it that far.
