Went to Rehobeth beach with Rich's family for a week. Luke had so much fun with his cousins. He was with Ashley and Evelyn constantly. They showered him with attention and he loved every second of it. The girls were so good at taking care of him too. They made sure he went on the potty when he was supposed to, read him books before nap and bedtime, played with his cars and trains. They were awesome and he loved them.
I could not believe how hot it was! Being 32 weeks pregnant in that heat was not easy - I sure wish I could have had a drink! Oh well....next summer I suppose. We went to the best sushi restaurant ever. The entire top of the restaurant (outdoor) was a pond full of coy fish and japanese gazebos. The tables were in the gazebos. You could sit right next to coy fish and feed them. Luke loved it! The challenge was getting him not throw everything in the water. He tried to feed the fish his miso soup, goldfish, his chicken dumplings and sushi.
We celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday while at the beach. We went to Big Fish for dinner which is supposedly one of the best seafood restaurants around.
It was a fun trip - we missed Aunt Tina and Grandma who could not join this year. Next year, they will in Duck, NC!
